State aid

„According to the State Aid Act, in the cases of rescheduling/deferral/aggregation of public liabilities under the procedure and conditions of Chapter ХХІІ „Deferral and rescheduling” of the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code, NRA Executive Director and Territorial Directors are acting as aid administrators.

Every aid administrator is assigned with the duty to maintain own register for the state and de minimis aid granted by him. He is also responsible for the authenticity of the data containing in these registers. In order to comply with the principle of transparency and accessibility the administrator publishes on his website information about the granted state and de minimis aid. In addition to that, information is also given to the Minister of Finance or the Minister of Agriculture and Food Supply, who on their turn inform the European Commission.

In this regard, NRA in its capacity of aid administrator publishes information, which is harmonized with the requirements of the State Aid Act and EU enactments in the field of state aid, for instance Commission Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the application of Articles 87 and 88 of the Treaty to de minimis aid”.
